Robotic station for the production of transport stands
The robotic wooden transport rack production system offers flexibility, speed and simplicity. A robot for nailing stands eliminates the time-consuming and hard work of operating nailers and moving construction elements. Robotization of the workstation prevents injuries at work, ensures full repeatability of products and increases efficiency without the need to employ new employees. To operate our position, there is no need to have experience in robotics or engineering. The strength of the robotic rack nailing system is its flexibility. The nailing possibilities are endless because each nail can be freely and precisely placed in any place.
The station consists of a 6-axis YASKAWA robot equipped with nailers, a turntable for nailing stands and a complete security system consisting of protective fences and a light curtain.
