- Universal 6-axis (6 degrees of freedom) robot from Yaskawa
- CNC nailers equipped with servo drive and 8 pneumatic nail guns with a drum magazine
- 5 pieces – 80mm nails
- 3 pieces – 120mm nails (There is an option to exchange tools for a stapler or industrial stapler)
- Base for the robot,
- Laser safety for the workstation
- Control software for the workstation via PLC controller
- Chain conveyor for finished EURO pallets
- Grabber for placing EURO pallets
- Pallet dimensions for nailing in the full range of the table.
- Pallet dimensions for extraction and placement on the conveyor:
- Minimum: 800x600mm
- Maximum: 3000x1500 – up to 70kg
- For extraction, the pallet must have rigidity and a structure allowing it to be picked up with a "fork" – fork spacing 600mm, fork length 600mm
