Automatic return, the return for a straight edge banding machine speeds up work by returning the banded element with a conveyor system of belts and tapes to the operator. The flow of materials is automated and organized, which makes the edge banding machine more efficient. The result is a faster edge banding process.

Thanks to the full automation of the return, only one operator is needed for the edge banding of furniture boards.

The return can be adapted to various types of edge banding machines available on the market. We offer it in different variants, with roller as well as air systems.

Optionally, we offer air and scissors tables for each return.

Automatic belt return of elements from a straight-line edgebander is a transport system that enables efficient transfer and return of processed elements to the operator. This solution is used in the furniture and woodworking industry, where efficiency and ergonomics are essential.

System operation:

- **Transport of finished elements** – after passing through the edgebander, the elements are placed on a belt or roller conveyor, which transports them back.

- **Returning elements** – a belt system or module with a rotating arm redirects the processed panels to another conveyor leading back to the operator.

- **Arranging on the receiving table** – after being returned, the elements are arranged in a convenient position, from where they can be picked up again by the operator for further processing.

- **Automatic loading** (option with a robot)
