Automated workstation for the production of transport racks
The robotic system for the production of wooden transport stands offers flexibility, speed, and simplicity. The nail-driving robot eliminates the labor-intensive and heavy work of operating nail guns and moving construction elements. Robotization of the workstation prevents work-related injuries, provides complete repeatability of products, and increases efficiency without the need to hire new employees. There is no need for experience in robotics or engineering to operate our workstation. The strength of the robotic nail-driving system lies in its flexibility. The possibilities for nailing are unlimited, as each nail can be placed freely and precisely anywhere.
The workstation consists of a 6-axis YASKAWA robot equipped with nail guns, a rotating device for assembling stands, and a complete safety system made up of protective fences and a light curtain.
