The 3121 TNUT CNC line by NCR is dedicated to processing MDF boards, particle boards, and similar materials.
Its main application is in the production of furniture components such as sofas, beds, and upholstered furniture.
The center consists of: a feeding table for particle boards (optionally equipped with a printing or labeling system), a drilling and T-nut inserting module, a nesting (milling) module for the board with an option for drilling additional holes, and a receiving table for finished drilled and milled components with T-nuts.
3121 TNUT is a fully automated CNC system that performs all key operations such as cutting, drilling, and inserting blind nuts in one smooth process.
Our line allows for the processing of furniture boards in the format of 2800x2070mm.
3121 TNUT is nearly 18 meters of modern technology. This line features an automatic feeding table with a scissor lift, a printing module, a drilling and blind nut inserting module, a cutting module, and a reception table for finished elements.
The NCR automated CNC line enables simultaneous:
• Marking boards with unique QR codes at the feeding table, using inkjet printing
• Drilling holes with a drilling unit equipped with 9 vertical drill bits, and inserting M6 and M8 blind nuts
• Cutting boards into straight and curved shapes in the nesting area.
