Introduction

In furniture production, especially in the veneering process, maintaining workflow fluidity and ergonomics is crucial. Automatic return (return) to the single-sided straight-line edgebander is a solution that significantly streamlines the process. By utilizing belt and roller conveyors, efficiency is increased, ergonomics are gained, and the entire system becomes more organized. 

How does the system work?

The system consists of several key elements:

• Transport of finished elements – after passing through the edgebander, the workpieces are directed onto a belt or roller conveyor, which leads them to the return zone.

• Turning elements – a segment with a belt conveyor or a module with a rotary arm directs the processed panels back to the operator.

• Placement on the receiving table – after the return process, the elements are precisely positioned on the receiving table, from where the operator can take them for the next stage of production.
