NCR 1200 – Advanced CNC Drilling Machine for Mass Production of Furniture Panels

NCR 1200 is a modern, high-performance CNC drilling machine designed for the mass production of furniture panels and boards. It excels in the production of furniture, enclosures, and panel joinery elements, ensuring maximum precision, speed, and repeatability of processes.

Complete processing of six sides in one cycle

One of the key advantages of the machine is its ability to comprehensively process all six sides of a panel in a single working cycle. Processing range tailored to industry needs

• Panel width: 30–1200 mm – suitable for both small elements and standard furniture boards.

• Panel height: 10–50 mm – an ideal range for typical materials used in furniture production.

Precise drilling heads

The machine is equipped with two independent drilling units:

• Upper head: 12 vertical and 8 horizontal drills

• Lower head: 9 vertical drills

This solution allows for quick and accurate drilling of holes from both sides of the panel, eliminating the risk of errors and ensuring perfect fitting of elements.

Modern drive system

• Y-axis drive: rack and pinion guides

• Z and W-axis drive: precision ball screws

The application of this system guarantees high rigidity, stability, and smooth motion while maintaining high working speeds.

Automation based on EtherCAT

The NCR 1200 utilizes servo drives communicating over the EtherCAT bus, ensuring reliable and fast data exchange between components. As a result, the machine reacts instantly to the operator's commands, maintaining the highest precision even during intensive work.
